My story is like all the truly classic romances. It’s Saturday night and I’m in a dive bar packed full of drunken losers.

I'm standing by a wall, trying to stay out of the way, when a hand touches my shoulder. I turn, ready to tell some random drunk that I'm not interested — that I'm not available — but the guy who’s approached me is crazy hot.

“Are you here alone?” he asks, the corners of his dark eyes crinkling as he smiles.

My phone vibrates in my pocket. “Excuse me a minute,” I say, giving him an apologetic look. I slip it out and check the message. It's from Megan.

OMG!! You will NOT BELIEVE what Eric just did!!!!! Where are you?!?

I laugh out loud, only to get a quizzical look from the guy who's waiting patiently for me.

I'm at the bar. Come on over.

I put my phone back in my pocket and smile at the stunning man. “Sorry about that. Where were we?”

“I was wondering if you were alone.”

“I am. For the moment, at least.” I take a step closer to him and feel a twinge of the new and unfamiliar soreness in my body. I've gone from having no experience with sex to having several very amazing experiences over the past few days, and though my body’s feeling the effects of it, it's nothing compared to how happy I am.

“What's your name?” he says as he moves in closer and reaches for a strand of my hair.

I fist my hand in the fabric of his t-shirt and pull, closing the space between us. “I’m Amber,” I say in my sultriest voice. “Who are you?”

Aidan leans in and speaks in a low voice, his breath warm by my ear. “I’m the guy who’s gonna rock your world tonight.”
